Emma came and visited prior to looking after Oaty at our home. We needed someone that had the level of expertise as a dog trainer that could take time, have patience and empathy and be aware of his needs. Emma sent regular photos of Oaty and when we arrived back home after our holiday he was calm and relaxed. We appreciated the extra care of Oaty.
I contacted Emma at Training Tails after a recommendation from a friend. I needed help with my 3.5 year old labradoodle in particular when out walking, her reacting to other dogs & keeping calm. Emma was fantastic! She was quick to bond with my dog & was so knowledgeable & encouraging. Her calmness really helped my dog both at home & while out walking. We learnt so much in such a short space of time & now I enjoy walking my dog who enjoys it much more too!
Emma has been helping us train our 2 labs just over 1 year old. Has been super helpful in all areas especially lead training to help with pulling while on walks. She’s very understanding and She has also given us confidence. Our dogs have learnt so much from her and get very excited to see her. Would highly recommend!
Emma is great to deal with and really knows her stuff. We have a 12 month old rescue dog that was just way to excited and uncontrollable on the lead. Emma has taught me how to control my dog and deal with her behaviour. We now have a much better behaved and calmer dog. Definitely give Emma a call if you’re looking for any kind of dog training.
Emma has been awesome to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication and easy to follow instructions and tricks to copy. She has been very helpful and flexible with taking our dog for training given our work commitments. Have done two sessions so far but have noticed a positive difference already.
Emma has been a breather of fresh air. Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. We have two golden retrievers who are coming up to 12mths. They require a lot of work and living attention and Emma has been fantastic with teach us how to get the best out of our girls and ourselves.
Emma came to our home, and instantly Molly responded to her instructions, Emma was very calm and explained the reward and response approach for good behaviour. We look forward to our next session with Emma
Emma is so patient and kind with her approach to training humans on how to handle their dogs. My Rottweiler absolutely loved her, and her techniques work. I have happily recommended her to others already, so if you are unsure, just give her a try… your dog will thank you for it.
We’ve had two sessions with Emma so far, and she is great. I’m learning heaps, and our pup is doing the same. Have seen massive improvement in two weeks with walking on a loose lead, and learning some really good skills to deal with our girls reactivity to other dogs.
Emma is the best. She has patients and skills... my girls love her and are learning...I wish that I had found Emma earlier...
