   Poor customer service. While pulling a puzzle off a shelf I discovered the hard way it was poorly stacked with a large glass framed picture behind them, when I pulled the puzzle, the picture fell on me along with several other puzzles, I managed to catch it before it broke on me. 2 other customers came rushing to help, but the only volunteer I could see was behind the counter on the phone 2 meters from me. She obviously saw what had happened, but she didn't offer to help, didn't put the phone down, didn't ask if I was OK, just watched as myself and other customers cleaned up, finished looking around and left. Would of expected alot more

   I went to this store twice the other day(the day before yesterday) and there was a new volunteer there who was rude, unkind, arrogant and attacked every customer that come into the store In an event of trying to save herself, she got caught out in several lies with her other co-workers, she was verbally abusive yo me, to her co workers and threatened her co workers and myself with action to their boss. she in an effort to further bully me lied to her co worker saying I made a mess and I proved to her I didn't, I even was able to prove that by showing her the still folded curtain. While shopping, she stalked me as if I was going to take something then verbally attacked me. She bullied me and I left...In an effort to calm down I went home took a shower, spoke to my partner and then went back to finish shopping. She was worse this time and I was about ready to bust down in tears. Another lady ended up complaining to her as she was doing the same to her. I then had the strength to tell the other ladies who worked there what she was doing. I don't think this lady should be working. It's extremely sad to have someone so dishonest, rude and dismissive working for them. I will never forget this experience ever. I am deeply disappointed to have met someone like that. Thank you to the store ladies that helped me out and to the lady who said to come to her store yesterday, in my distress I forgot I had a 27hr shift in Tauranga and Waihi.

   This is a wonderful opportunity shop that fully supports the spa. Great range of books to read that rotate monthly. The usual nic name etc. Friendly staff and they can arrange discounted cat fixing ( ow!) 10 out of 10 for their animal welfare support.
