   I previously had positive experiences with this practice. However, since the transition to Tend, I’ve found the approach has changed significantly. It now feels as though there is an increased focus on generating additional appointments and fees. Although my medication has been approved for long-term use, I am repeatedly required to book review appointments with a doctor solely to continue it. This has become frustrating and disappointing….

   It's great for making payments and seeing Dr notes and messaging with questions etc. Only complaint is a technical one, not design layout. When I go to make an appointment and need to enter something into a text box, it wont put the cursor in the text box no matter how many times I touch it. Which then doesn't bring up my keyboard. Had to Bluetooth a keyboard to my phone to type. Haha that was awkward!

   Today my partner called them to make an appointment, and not once but twice while waiting on the phone we went from first in queue to 4th and 6th. Utterly dumbfounded how a medical practice like this as such poor admin service and complete lack of respect for clients time.

   Really dislike the Tend app- not easy or intuitive to navigate. Nurse couldn't work out how to rebook a recurring 8 week appointment due to nurses schedules not yet published. This app has made my experience with my doctor more complicated, not easier.

   Absolutely the best treatment. Administration got in touch immediately there was a change to confirm I had an appointment and then a change. They fit me on immediately when it was best I saw a doctor in person rather than online. My daughter and I think Tend have the best technology equipment available. Highly recommend Tend.

   1 star is even to much for thus place worse doctors around don't use especially if you need to see a doctor if your sick seems you need to books weeks I advance before you even know your sick!. Ring up about a sick baby reception was rude pretty much laughed. It's shocking no doctors apparently had 5 minutes to ring me about my baby pretty funny because every apt I go to is always half an hour late. AVOID THESE DOCTORS AT ALL COST

   Worst experience!!! Been with them for 7 years and had nothing but problems. Had my personal and private medical files mixed up with another patient as well as not being informed of test results which required specialist consultation (hospital called me to confirm an appointment that I wasn't even aware that I needed). Among a multitude of other problems, it's the blind leading the blind at this practice. Run!

   Dr ROBYN CROW.. what an awful experience, with this doctor. Spent only 5 minutes 37 seconds of her time, phone consultation, felt very rushed indeed! She was uninterested and had no concern. Would like to give no stars.

   We had our welness checkup on 27th of April and we were overlooked by a very plesent nurse Ms Maaike Funke Van Gerven. I would like to recommend her to everyone as she has explained and guided us in perfectly and we are very happy with it.

   first time ever being at a new doctors since my previous I was with since birth, I was not happy with my appointment, the doctor Robyn Crow she rushed my appointment didn't really help me at all with what I needed help with , I had multiple issues going on and had migraines for a couple of months which she said can I push that too the side and save that for another appointment , I told her that was what I mainly came in from she said I should of told her from the start, when everything I came in for was quite important and was alot of courage to even come in since I get really bad anxiety. so I will be changing doctors .
