   Been registered here many years under Dr Nigel Kim. Excellent doctor he is too. Very knowledgeable thorough and caring. Unfortunately having moved away to Waikato I will need to change my doctors. May find it hard to find another as good as he is. Thanks BFD for everything.

   Absolutely love BFD. Rob was my childhood Dr and when I moved away then back again I knew being at BFD was the best place to be. I joined a different place out by bayfair and switch to BFD when we moved closer. Love the staff, love how my kids and I are treated and always listened to. Kate is my Dr now, also for my girls. She is so lovely and I couldn't have asked for a more onto it doctor.

   Best doctors you could have for your family they are not like some clinics were if you have two or more issues you need three appointments. These guys fix everything in the one appointment. Our doctor is Nigel Kim. He is so thorough and caring when you go for an issue you couldn’t ask for anyone better. To be honest they are all fantastic Kate, Trish and rob are excellent at what they do. The nurses are great as are Fiona and Cheryl who have been In admin for as long as I have been there. They live up too there name Bethlehem family doctors because they treat you like family. If you are moving to tauranga and need a fantastic GP don’t go to anyone but these guys.

   I have been a patient at this practice for about 15years.. and have received great care and service in that time by dr Rob and staff in that time..I’m always singing dr Robs praises and grateful for his dedication to our family during this time.. however was not impressed by the lack of care and service this time round by another gp.. and after hvin to wait half an hour without an apology or communication..felt unheard and skin concerns unthroughly checked n felt rushed and brushed off...then uninformed at reception..like I had done something wrong when went to pay as got charged for smth I never had to pay for before and got advised to pay up and it’s written up on the wall!! Very unprofessional by health care service.. yes I was hvin a mental health day and was in tears after leaving.. but a little care goes a long way.. today I was not feeling the love!!
