   Heather's incredible support has really opened my daughter's eyes to how she can successfully manage her anxiety more than ever before. Right from the beginning Heather's skills were obvious as she gently grew a trusting relationship with my tween. Otis the dog played an important role too. He offered himself as the perfect counselling companion. His presence alongside Heather's empowering approach enabled my daughter to feel safe to open up about her experiences and fears and get the best outcomes from the sessions. Since M's time at Aroha Counselling she has grown a deeper belief in herself, and is more open and excited about what she can achieve both now and in the future!
