   “The worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My order has been sitting at their Auckland depot for more than 5 days and still no delivery. I tried calling many times — NO answer. I left a voice message — NO reply. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this company if you want your parcels delivered on time.”

   THREE days just to make a pickup in Auckland. They never answer the phone. Emails go unanswered. One of the worst courier companies I have had the misfortune of being forced to work with. Thanks NZ Post.

   Three days from South Island to Tauranga depot, remainder of the week sitting at their depot. Tried calling them to arrange collection from their depot. Do not answer their phones, so called their head office and they tried to contact them for me whilst I waited on the line and they couldn't get ahold of them. Left a message to call me. No returned call and item still not delivered

   I Received a Samsung TV through Fliway EPP program. Tracking was live from the minute I bought it. Loved the text communication when it was in the local depot and again when 30 minutes away. Driver (Mark) was very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault their service. Thanks!

   Supposed to deliver in 10-15 working days. Our order was placed on the 6th April. It arrived in Tauranga on the 14th April. The delivery was set for the 28th April between midday and 5pm. The driver didn't turn up on the day, and there was no communication. We spent 5 hours waiting for the delivery which didn't arrive. The Tauranga office was closed when we called at 5pm and the national office were unable to contact the driver. The Fliway website states "rebook a time" and "We'll be in touch shortly with options for your delivery". There was no contact from Fliway.
