   Still in the process of having a baby of our own, but overall so far, the experience has been amazing. From meeting the first time with Dr Brad Chittenden, to the nurses making us feel at ease, to the reception being helpful and friendly. Just all around a great experience to everyone that is working there at FA. Looking forward to the next steps. Fingers crossed :)

   Very disappointing from the start, no care and very cold approach. My partner was punctured during egg retrieval, partner spent a week in Waikato hospital with internal bleeding. Didn’t want to find out the root cause of why we weren’t conceiving natural, after own self research after two miscarriages found out all we needed was a low dose aspirin and we fell Pregnant naturally first month after 3 years of infertility, now we are 16 weeks. No contact since then unless it’s about embryo storage fees, no care about us - we were just another number. Please do your research and look at clinics elsewhere! We have since talked to many people all with the same opinion.

   Saw Dr Brad today - very professional, very informative. I was nervous as I get quite bad social anxiety but the whole experience was really lovely, even when I had a few questions about the bill, not once did I feel misunderstood or judged. Clean, bright environment and energy. Hopefully we don’t need to return but if we do I’ll be happy to know it’s in safe space.

   Saw Dr Brad here - horrible attitude made us feel really bad. Considering we are paying privately almost $23000 I would have liked to be spoken in a professional manner not judgemental. Since the appointment a month ago I’ve met numerous women who have had bad experience with Dr Brad with the same feedback that he has treated them very rudely. I understand he is the only one here in BOP who deals with IVF but rather drive somewhere else then him dealing with my life decisions. Probably one of the worse experience I’ve had in a long time. Dr Brad needs people’s skills.
