   Shipped my order to my street name/number, but a different city!! Cash Converters would not acknowledge the fact they had stuffed up or take any steps to sort it out. They tried to blame the courier, but the address cash converters had put on the parcel was clearly wrong. Thankfully the person who received it contacted me and I was finally able to get my goods... no thanks to cash converters though.

   Drove all the from from Auckland to buy a piano that was on sale when I got there they said they don't have any way to test it out. My software was not working at that time so I just got the piano and they told me that I can return it within three months. When I got back to Auckland I found out that three of the keys in the middle have lost their sensitivity and when I went back to the shop from Auckland to Hamilton, they suddenly had two different ways to test it! That made me feel like they would say or do whatever just to get a sale. Lucky I got my refund in the end

   Be careful what these people tell you as it appears they will lie. Was told that they well ship an item by one person to be told they wont ship the same item by another even though I was the one paying for the shipping. Business values out the door.

   Worst customer service Don't go there There is a lady staff there she is arrogant I just go to buy a watch and I ask for a discount. She just say that all are fixed price I came before 2 hours a guy was there he told me that give him offer that's why I ask for offer she refused it.... Don't vist the store..... Worst worst worst customer service

   Not happy with how you fooled my girlfriend. She brought in a laptop worth $350 and a 3D-DS console for $160, and 4 games worth around $100, and you couldn't even find the model number for the console. I could find that with my hands tied behind my back. You told her the power supply to the laptop was faulty, which is a lie, and I know because I'm a qualified computer technician. You gave her $190 for her laptop and the 3D-DS + games totaling a worth of around $500. and you ripped her off big time, I would have been okay with something around $350. I was a shopper at this store often. But never again.

   Beggars can’t be choosers people, it’s nothing personal it’s business! If you want to sell something and get the same price you bought it for go to Trademe. I had Francesca as my customer service rep and she was fantastic it was hard to believe she was training. She was very thorough and came up with solutions when we hit problems with my application. I am so thankful to her and Cash Convertors, excellent service.

   If you are looking to sell, look else where. i tried to sell a pair of brand new RayBan aviators rrp $250, they offered me $25. complete wast of time. The shop is also surrounded by homeless people and the smell of cigarettes. Honestly if you are looking for a place to sell trade me is ur best bet. i would rate my experience a 1/10 Also i am sure at least 30% of all good inside are stolen.
