    Lots of complaints were dismissed, the last straw for us was when my infant went the whole day without being being fed. Staff lied to us and said he had half a pouch but all the pouches were still in the baby bag when I picked him up. Dont even get me started about the time they covered up a gash in my daughters head with her fringe, we had to take her to Tui Medical and have it glued, it was dismissed and deflected back at us. Minus 10 stars

    One of the first parents to join here when it was fist built in Feb 2023. Totally recommend. Teachers are lovely and children learn about recycling and nature with there great outdoor areas.

    Future Kids have gone above and beyond for my son. I cannot praise them enough for all the help and support they have given us. They have made accommodations for my sons needs as well as attending workshops to learn how to better support him as well as working with the other professionals in his team to make sure they are helping him the best way they can.

    Amazing team both management and teachers. They have had my boys since 6 months old to nearly 5. Kids absolutely love coming everyday to see there friend and teachers. Always recommend this place to all my friends. Amazing Amazing place !!!

    We absolutely love future kids. The staff are all amazing and make you feel welcome, they have helped my girl build her confidence up and she enjoys daycare so much. Would recommend 10/10. We also love all the animals ❤️

    Un-enrolled our child a couple of days into the settling visits. Teachers showed next to no interest in us as parents or our child, very unwelcoming environment entering the infant room, teachers were very flat and un interested, no questions asked about our child during settling week or interest shown to get to know her in terms of what she likes/dislikes or routine at home, next to no interaction, no plan discussed with us about settling our child in. Would not be comfortable leaving my child here. Unsure about the centre as a whole but this was our experience in the infant room.

    Such and awesome centre! The team at Future Kids have done such a great job towards creating a beautiful environment for the children to learn, play and grow in. I highly recommend this centre and couldn't speak highly enough of it.
