Absolutely delighted with the service I received today at Hollywood Nails at Papamoa Golden Sands. I had not booked an appointment, but was seen within 15 minutes & I managed to grab an iced coffee at the shop next door (Rise) - a lovely lady removed my gel nails & did a great job with the SNS powder, which I had never had before. We also had a lovely chat whilst she worked miracles with my nails. I can highly recommend this salon & would return on my next visit to NZ

I got gel pedicure and they didn’t paint either of my pinky toes, which I only realised 2 days later. Also got SNS extensions with a curved French tip and they didn’t do it anything close to the photo. My friend and I got the exact same thing but had 2 different people, yes looked amazing. I don’t think you should say “yes” to doing a style if you can’t do it confidently.
I was disappointed as booked in for 3pm unfortunately they had taken walk under and i finally left at 3:40pm as i was over waiting. Maybe they could improve the service with an online booking service that you pay upfront when you book.
I've been going here for 9 years I love it its chill the ladies are well trained and professional and do amazing work. The pedi amd leg massage is my favourite. Affordable mani pedi and they ate happy to do walk ins. Busy on weekends and rammed around summer holidays. This is my go to for gorgeous nails.
I have used this place more than once to try and give them a second chance and get the same experience every time. It is not all of the ladies in there but the one Vietnamese lady is just rude! She never smiles, talks down to me and is fast enough with the drill to cut your fingers. Do not use her!
