This centre was re branded end of 2021- all reviews before October 2021 have zero relevance to educare Pukete. ERO reports are irrelevant as they relate to the old owners. Very different values and ethics between the previously privately owned centre vs the current ECE franchise. Since the rebrand, communication/updates for parents has quickly dwindled away, there is no primary or personalised care for any of the children. Resources are outdated. Teachers are all looking overworked and sad. Teachers are unable to provide the care they used to due to how they are being controlled by the educare franchise. Zero focus on nature and nurture, children are left to do their own thing with the main focus being making sure the educare owners are bringing in as much money as possible, never mind what sort of care our children and the staff are receiving. Do not recommend this centre as a place children can grow and develop safely and happily.
The play grounds need updating. Communication to parents needs to improve especially on the development plan. Would be nice to enter the premises and Fetch your children's own artwork and be able to look at the premises inside to see if it's suitable for you and your children. There is not enough structure of managing of misbehaving individual pupils.
Our family have been with bright babes for 4 1/2 years. I would recommend taking your kids here. My two boys are very cared for at bright babes. I am more than happy with there development. Thankyou bright babes
The staff at Bright Babes have been amazing with both of my children. Always encouraging them to explore and grow in their own way and time, and have always treated me and my children with love and respect. I highly recommend sending your child to Bright Babes if you want a supportive and loving atmosphere for your child to attend :)
I have felt very comfortable leaving my daughter at Bright Babes since she was 8 months old. The teachers are awesome and you know your child is being taken care of and cared about too. Would highly recommend this centre!!
