   Had an 8 year old Samsung front loader that stopped working after moving house. Had been a great machine that was worked pretty hard until then, and pricey to replace, decided to get a quote for repair rather than replacing with a cheaper model. I was hoping for a lower quote, but when broken down was justified, so went ahead. So glad we did, the service and communication from start to finish was amazing. What ended up being a tricky repair was was made stress free, even got some maintenance tips on return! My machine has been running like a dream since, highly recommend.

   Came out to repair oven under warranty for my 84 yr old father in-law. The oven was badly damaged due to a thermostat failure. This caused the inside of the oven to warp and buckle. The tech arrived... checked what was wrong and left saying he had no idea how long it would take. I had to ring and chase the repair several times. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for them to source a part, they then call and cancel the job, as they don't have staff available. Without this repair, the oven is not safe to use, as it dangerously overheats. How is an 84 yr old meant to survive without an oven for more than 3 weeks? I called the office this morning as I had to rebook their cancelled appointment and to voice my displeasure, only to be hung up on by their receptionist. For a professional company this service is pathetic, and their lack of concern for an older person shameful. Expecting the repair today as booked, meat was taken out and thawed, for a gathering of friends, which will now go to waste and be canceled. My advice... find a decent company to do your repair work, not these guys!

   I would highly recommend the Appliance Pros. One morning my conventional oven did not work. The switch had blown. Mike was fantastic at diagnosing the problem and informed me about the next steps. I went through with the repair. Hayley kept me up to date with the quote and when the new switch arrived in. Brent came round to replace the switch.I appreciated his flexibility around times to come round. The price was reasonable. The team provided excellent friendly service. I would use the Appliance Pros again.

   Great efficient service. The service man was helpful, explaining the problem and working quickly. The office girl rang within hours with the info a new part was on order and what the final account would be. They were back when they said they would be and the reacement part installed.
