Ross came round really quickly. He identified the problem, fixed it for a very reasonable cost. A thoroughly nice man and we realise we chose the right guy for the job.
This is an EXCELLENT service! Great communication and repair of our bottom Elba oven element. I checked with several repairers - one said Rolleston was too far and another obviously had much larger overheads as I was thinking it would be cheaper just to buy a new oven! Contacted Garden City Appliances and got a very reasonable price and fantastic service with initial call, ordering of the part and installation completed in under a week! Who are all those 5 star reviews from? Friends and family? Pure charlatanism. Comes in, looks at the appliance for 5 seconds, says he's not sure what's wrong with it but it would probably cost a fortune to fix it, charges nearly $100 for driving "all this way", no receipt, no eye contact, looks at the floor. A charlatan? If husband was home, he would have never paid. So sad people like this "work" in Chch.
