    what a waste !!! FMG’s handling of our third-party claim was extremely disappointing. Their insured driver clearly admitted fault, and we had a witness β€” yet FMG denied liability without properly addressing our evidence. They closed the claim abruptly and pushed us toward the Disputes Tribunal instead of acting fairly. This kind of treatment is exactly why people lose trust in insurance companies.

    1 star was the lowest I could give. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. I have been a customer for 7 years or so, difficult to deal with, accept claims renege on their claim acceptance whilst seeking get out clauses wherever they can. I am now going to change providers
