    The worst Insurance company , always looking for loopholes to not help or payout!!!! Talk to you like you don't know anything. I have gone to another insurance company , to which they say all the people that have gone to them have complained about Vero. Guess it's because it's not NZ owned. If you don't like migraine or heart attacks I highly recommend STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY !!!!

    This insurance company is the absolute worst. Do not under any circumstances use them. Unless you hate yourself or are suicidal

    Autosure are quick to assist when a claim is made but Vero is a joke, have been trying to get a refund of the excess I paid unnecessarily for 2 months over the phone, everytime you call , its a different Philipino EVERYTIME,,,, so you have to explain the WHOLE damn situation again, so you get really frustrated, Added my partner so she can deal with them because I'm at work all day, nek minit get told she hasn't be added, after being told she has been , ffs....Say they'll ring back and never do. Worst insurance I've experienced, good luck to you if you use these guys....

    If i could give a lower star rating i would. They declined our claim based on there being an internal issue of the heat pump. This was disputed and confirmed by Mercury that it was there fault - power surge that caused the pump to blow the circuit board. Vero still denied this and declined the claim. Will continue to leave reviews, so no takes insurance with this company.

    Absolutely useless. Had our insurance claim/ Vehicle for 12 months now and still haven’t had it sorted. Constantly averting calls and giving us little to no information on what’s happening with the claim. It’s a joke ! Would never insure or recommend Vero to anyone .
