   Excellent service and honest people. A few weeks ago, I booked the service for my friend. She lost a piece of valuable jewellery in the vehicle and realised it only hours after reaching destination. (Tauranga) She contacted these guys. They searched the vehicle and found the item after vacuuming. We reached there and easily retrieved the item. It was a very pleasant experience.

   Luxury shuttles is a wonderful service to the airport. I recommend them highly. The driver, Peter, was right on time and helped me with my bags. He was a very good driver and I felt safe. He went the extra mile for both passengers in the van. The lady I initially spoke with on the phone was especially kind and helpful. 5 stars. Thank you luxury shuttles.

   I used the service once and won't be using them again because it doesn't save your waiting time at the airport at all compared to public transport. You are better off to just call ulber. If you call the office, they gave you a different story to the driver's version. The operating model simply doesn't work.

   The drivers were prompt on their arrival/s, they were courteous and helpful. The vehicles were well maintained and provided a good ride. Impressed by the driver on our homeward journey, she asked if we wanted her to stop at a shop to get bread or milk, very thoughtful.

They keep you informed at all times, they are on time when collecting you from your home/hotel and are waiting for you at the airport with a smile and a hand with suitcases.
