Wow, did we ever strike it lucky with our driver "Phillip". Prompt, helpful, thoughtful, safe driver, and worthy of every other positive adjective in the dictionary. Phillip is a true gentleman and an absolute legend. Highly recommend this service and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to have Phillip as your driver.
AMRINDER DHILLON ... if you get in his taxi... GET OUT FAST. DISHONEST. Driving taxi whilst off duty, or doesn't even drive for the company according to the owner, which seems far fetched! He turned off the metre and charged us $50 for a 8 kilometre ride from the Port to the airport! The owner of the company not being very helpful! HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE AS THE OWNER SAYS HES HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS DRIVER... BUT HE HAS DONE NOTHING!
The driver of cab KQM455 yelled out at us a few times to get a Holden yesterday (we drive a Ford). Not sure what he was on about but his demeanour and manner were quite nasty. This type of behaviour put the reputation of your company in a bad light. This took place on Cameron Road around 5pm 28th March.
Rang them to get a price to on a job, they did not know where it was & asked me how many KMs, I said "I dont know. I will check on google maps now". They then hung up. Hopeless
I picked this taxi from the front of the rank at Tauranga airport,I usually use Tauranga Mount Taxis,this guy after being told where I wanted to go proceded to take me the long way round after I told him exactly where I wanted to go. This trip from the airport cost me $13 more than the ride to the airport. I told the driver but he couldn't care less he just wanted the extra money. I won't use this dishonest company again,at least now I know and I will tell anyone who wants to listen.
Absolutely sh!t service, company’s like this will be the reason Uber’s take over. We ordered a cab after one love and the women working call lines was frustrated and basically don’t even know why you guys were paying them to work! They didn’t take names and ended up telling us to just jump in a one of the hundreds of empty cabs waiting and hung up on us every time we called. Every cab we went to didn’t want to take us. We were travelling approx 15-20k away but turned away by all your drivers wanting to try take passengers further away. RUDE nasty service. Download the app and call an Uber, those guys are way more professional then these ignorant greedy cab companies
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had booked 2 vans to take a big group of ladies from Papamoa to Tga on 11th of Feb/17 and paid in advance. At the time of our booking we had only 1 van to pick it up us all. The driver informed the ladies that he would make 2 trips to town from Papamoa to Tga... (Not what we organised). Well, when the first group arrived in town he charged for the ride! The ladies in the van tried to explain to him that the ride was already paid and he said he wasn't aware of it... So one of them paid $42.90. When then finally the second group was picked it up and we (the organisers) explained to him and ask for refund he refused to do so... It was a hens party and we supposed to be all together the entire time. Next working day we contacted their office explained the situation, showed receipt and we were promised that the money would be refunded into our bank account immediately! The money hasn't showed and we kept calling them every single day. Today is 23rd of Feb/17 and after another exhaustive phone call FINALLY the money has been transferred! Thanks Vera and I'm sorry about the bad review but the unprofessionalim from your end had really upset us all. We wouldn't use your services again neither recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
Whilst recently visiting NZ , we needed to catch a taxi from the airport to the Cruise terminal. Upon leaving the taxi we found we had left our video camera in the taxi. Port security managed to contact Taxi-Cabs and contact the driver,Philip, I think. Camera was returned to Port Security and returned to us. Unfortunately, I was not able to thank Philip personally. Our thanks to Taxi - Cabs for a job well done and a special thanks to Philip.
