My experience with Jan started off ok. As things progressed I felt she got more and more impatient with me as I wasnβt able to heal as fast as Jan wanted me to. After four months of hearing Jan say to me β just go with itβ EMDR didnβt work and I left there feeling like I had failed therapy. Jan wrote in her final report that I had got worse. If her therapy doesnβt work for you it must be what you are doing wrong as sheβs the psychologist. Donβt even waste your time going she spends more time writing down the label of your shoe and how she looks. A psychologist that is an introvert narcissist. Need I say more.
