   Unprofessional, unreliable, unprepared and rude. They mucked us around multiple times: they told us last minute they double-booked us so we had to reschedule, they then no-showed the rescheduled date (we rung them to see why they hadn’t shown up and apparently the staff member was sick) and THEN showed up 30 mins late when they finally did show up to the rescheduled rescheduled booking date. I completely understand that the Christmas period is a busy time of year and it’s totally ok to drop the ball sometimes, but the manager was also really rude and gave minimal apology (and no compensation) throughout all of this. The staff also said that “she had to rush things because her boss gave her only 5 hrs to get everything done by herself”. I initially felt bad for her but then she made the excuse that it took longer because the house was “really dirty…”. I genuinely have photos to prove that it wasn’t “really dirty”. They also didn’t bring a toilet brush with them to an end-of-tenancy exit clean? (aka the house was understandably empty). I’m not one to leave a bad review but this experience was pretty upsetting :(
