   Terrible service! We purchased a beverage fridge from a supplier and option to collect locally (from mainfreight) picked package up, got back to office to unpack and the glass was smashed-took photos and emailed supplier-they said mainfreight issue-they denied this, said we signed stating no damage but only signed to collect package-they didn’t ask us to inspect the package - they took no responsibility! Hopefully we don’t have to associate with mainfreight in the future as their service sucked! Paid $700 for a broken fridge and everyone ran for cover!

   Poor, just completely poor. Which is clearly a service they provide often, judging by the reviews. Time for a new dispatch coordinator I think, one who can keep there delivery drivers in line!!! Sign ANOTHER UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

   Wow, we called to ask where our shipment was today, 7 January. It was picked up on 23 Dec in Auckland, heading to Tauranga. The woman who answered Mainfreight Tauranga looked up the shipment and confirmed it was picked up in Auckland. When I asked where it might be since 2 weeks have passed, I kid you not, she said "we have other customers too" and transferred me to an Auckland receptionist, who transferred me to a number that rang and rang...terminal hold. Eventually gave up. Wow they suck.
