We where just trying to pick up a package, it says online they close at 5 and staff where there but just didn't want to come to the door while the door was locked because apparently due to them they close at 4. So mabe they should update there system online and come to the door when customers are there.

Toll have made some clear improvements on their residential delivery service. My parcels are being delivered the next morning with accurate tracking. Got a shipment picked up on the 6th of June, still no delivery to customer and it is now 26th of June. Have called multiple times to Tauranga service desk, promised a call back 3 times, never called back, I had to chase them up every time. Staff admitted they didn't follow up twice. No one knows where our $6,500 product is. How can a logistics company not know where packages are?

Made a purchase in Tauranga 8 days ago. The seller sent me the track and trace number 6 days ago. Today the tracking shows it is still sitting in the Tauranga branch, hasn't even left Tauranga yet! Tried calling but never any answer, it just leaves you on hold the whole time. Shocking service.

My parcel left Auckland 22nd November - arrived Tauranga 24th November . Sat in Tauranga depot for a week until I went there and collected it myself December 1st!! They have so many parcels there I guess a lot of people will not see them before Christmas!!!! Later today - I received an email saying my parcel has'been deivered' Yeah right !!!!!

Horrific customer service. My package was sitting at the Tauranga depot for a week. Someone came to deliver it on a Friday and for some reason took it back to the depot. After calling them twice, I have still not heard anything or received the package
