   Very impressed with the two men who picked up our sofa to be fixed. They were courteous, efficient, cheerful and helpful. Even moved another piece of furniture so we had something to sit on while our sofa was away! This company's communication is great - from the first call from their office yesterday, and then this morning when they phoned and gave us a pickup time, when they would be at Waihi Beach. Well done to all!

   Don't ever engage with these drivers if they are parked across your driveway, blocking you from getting to your home. No apology, arrogant instructions on how to get out of their way, then the sidekick arrives & aggressively asks me what my problem is, so now i'm a female with two males having a go at me. What bullies. Then the driver points down to the driveway & asks me if i own it. Yes, yes i do. Omg, at least be courteous & empathetic when u are inconveniencing other people with your huge truck. What an awful, stressful experience. I hope i never see them again ever.

   I had such a great experience from the beginning of this process to the end. Kerry responded in a very timely manner and helped a lot when I had to deal with the furniture company, he really made this process work for us. The communication prior to delivery day was concise and helpful and on the day Billy and William arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. All three gentlemen are a credit to Diamond Deliveries!

   Can't speak more highly of these guys. They were amazing. Delivered out suite in a timely manner and kept in contact before to let us know when they were coming. They were very careful of our doors and walls when bringing the suite in. unpacked it and took the wrapping with them and even put it together for us. Wonderful; service. Thanks heaps

   A big thanks to the guys who delivered our lounge suite this morning. One of the guys who made the delivery has been here before delivering kitchenware where he was posed with a few challenges thanks to a balustrade on a stairwell. Just like last time he looked at every possible way to get the furniture in the house and my new lounge suite is all in place without incident. I cant imagine how exhausting it must be doing these deliveries all day and the challenges different properties pose but I want to say thankyou for a great, professional and friendly job.

   The delivery guys were awesome! They turned up around the time frame given, their relaxed & friendly nature was refreshing and they had a great sense of humor. People need to chill out, as there are far more serious issues to complain about! Excellent job Diamond Deliveries, will defo be using you guys again.
