    ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE!!!!! I trying to find where my parcel is or when it will be delivered for few days now and still can not get an answer. Communication with this company is limited to zero. They don't know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered. They assured me they will call me back with the answer but they never did. Now when I'm trying to call them again I'm stacked on hold for good. I recommend to not use this company services.

    A parcel was sent using Aramex from Tauranga to New Plymouth, it was delivered by the next day. A parcel sent from Auckland to Tauranga using NZ Post, received the next day. A parcel sent from Wellington to Tauranga using PBT, it's been in transit for over a week. How is this courier company still in business when their competitors are so much more efficient?

    It turns out that residential deliveries are seen as extra low priority by PBT. If your company is smart enough to read google reviews. You can clearly see that this is not the right company to use for your residential customers. I genuinely hope this helps New Zealand businesses understand reasons why people would be reluctant to order from your company. NZ post might cost more but your customers won't have to send multiple emails only to find that PBT will not deliver your parcel. Yes I agree, this is ridiculous and my review is hard to believe. But if you'll kindly see all the other disgruntled reviews, I can clarify that they are all genuine.

    Disgraceful (lack of) service. My parcel sat in their office for a week and I finally had to make several calls and work out that I needed to collect it myself. When I questioned the lack of delivery, I was told they find it difficult to get drivers to deliver to my area ... roughly 15 minutes from their office. And the attitude was that this should be quite understandable to me...unbelievable.

    I live in an apartment building and am at home sick and the delivery driver kept buzzing my apartment to get into the building - the parcel isnt even addressed to me or my apartment number. Cant the driver read the delivery label??? That's just pure laziness on the drivers part. If the person is not home DO NOT try all the other apartment numbers untils some mug lets you into the foyer - shocking behaviour !!!

    Shocking service from this company , when inquiring with the local tauranga branch depot about a parcel I was hung up on twice , the first time before I even got to tell them that i wanted and the second time after becoming frustrated with the service i received. This has happened twice (two separate occasions) . The manager rang me back and actually was just as rude . PBT are the worst freight company in NZ to deal with and their staff extremely rude

    So I have just had a parcel delivered and the driver ran over my business sign. obviously appalling drivers and the parcel would have been left in mail box over night if someone hadn’t alerted me that the driver had just driven over my business sign! 6 days later courier driver did come and pay in full for business sign to be replaced, and I appreciate that and hope he is more careful in the future When I get my parcels delivered to my door I will increase the star rating, parcels at 4.30pm with no notice will get stolen , street view camera Installed to keep an eye on couriers!!

    Picked up on the 31 march Told it was with delivery driver yesterday morning 4 april 10am 5 April no sign or answers to yesterday's email And it is only a Hamilton to Tauranga business address. I am informing the business I deal with that I will not be using them any more if they continue to use Peter Baker Transport to send my parcels
