Nz delivers are very bad, they aren’t even pick up the call or the couriers not even try to knock my door, I was at home the entire morning and I didn’t hear anything until I going out in the afternoon and I saw they left a paper, I was thinking to just go and pickup at the depot and cannot call through
Not very good service. I did not receive my parcel and I have tried to enter my tracking code and no response. Very frustrated with service.
Very helpful staff member who helped to carry a heavy parcel back to my car with smile on her face
I did write a review - so bad I don't think they will publish it.I was messaged 'out for delivery'. One week later - they had the parcel at the depot because the courier couldn't find my address! Their HO sent a map showing my house and finally the parcel arrived. Don't they have GPS on their phones???
Appalled at the service. I waited at home all morning because my parcel said it was out for delivery with the courier driver, only to check again after the estimated delivery time for it to say it’s at the local depot waiting to be picked up. The whole company needs a revamp and employ more reliable workers and people who will actually give a toss about its customers. I can’t call the actual office. I can’t get any answers online. Nz post is actually trash.
Had a card to call left so organised for it to be redelivered when it never arrived I called nz post who told me that this particular depot won't be able to redeliver and I'd have to go pick up my parcel. When I arrived at the depot the man at the counter was incredibly rude cut me off mid explaining and said it had already gone out and that I hadn't talked on the phone to them and that what i had been told wasnt the case. I had driven from pyes pa with four kids in tow, clearly major communication issues between depots and nz post. He then begrudgingly said he would have to look through 100 parcels for it and I'd have to wait. Came back a few minutes later and he snapped at me again saying he had been waiting on me. I witnessed his rude and abrupt tone to not only me but several customers while I was standing there waiting. I wouldn't ever want to return if I could avoid it, such appalling behavior. It wasn't my mistake but instead of a helping hand to sort it out I was met with rudeness and like I was a hindrance on their day. Not a nice experience at all.
Tracking is a waste of time. Said it was in Auckland so missed delivery and now have to wait 5 days for redelivery.
Top Team. Highly recommended. Took 3 day's from Tauranga to Christchurch during Xmas rush and parcel arrived before Xmas. Thank you so very much. AAA +++
Absolutely a pleasure to deal with, I had a urgent parcel I needed to collect before heading to Auckland but was only due for delivery to me in Pyes Pa after 2 pm. I rang the Tauranga office and dealt with one of there helpful staff members who got hold of there driver who met up with me on there route and passed on my parcel. I will definitely continue using NZ Post couriers and highly recommend them A++++ service keep it up Dale
