   Dealing with the Mount Maunganui branch has been an amazingly great experience. Telephone service excellent and girls at the depot need to be valued for their outstandingly wonderful service. Simply could not ask for better, more efficient , friendly service. Great value sending package to Hamilton.

   Very clearly documented on parcel to leave tucked in by plant at front door...parcel was rammed in the back of our letterbox on road frontage. Very poor service

   Not impressed with the service - was just left in the mailbox ( our passports) although a big pink sticker said to get a signature!! I stayed home to make sure I was able to get them. Staff were most helpful, returning calls and following up as they were "lost" from Napier to Tauranga. A better service, or a better driver is required
