   Should have picked up parcel from my house Friday between 8 and 5 no pick up by 4.00 so I called. The girl who answered had very poor language skills. After explaining the tracking code 4 times eventually tracking details got an apology said would be picked up soon. Never arrived and they are closed on weekend! I have paid for a service and got nothing but problems! Will choose another courier service next time and this was all arranged through trade me which I had big issues getting sorted in the first place!

   James our local courier driver is a real credit to your company. Gentle with packages and rings our bell to let us know our parcels are delivered safely. My reasons for giving only 4 stars is due to your customer service team being how should I say it politely "seriously lacking and lets your company franchise in Tauranga down BIGTIME"
