   Can’t even open the website because my browser doesn’t allow me to open unpadlocked unsecure websites. But still awaiting delivery from wishbone pet food . Seems like it’s still waiting to be picked up from them . 5 days so far ?

   We booked a courier in the morning just before 9am, but the parcel wasn't picked up on that day. The courier came the next day, but I just ignored them. Avoid Post Haste at all costs! They're as unreliable as they come!

   I ALWAYS have delivery problems with Pass The Parcel (Post Haste) - every single time. Unlike our NZ Post Courier, my one does not deliver ever on time. I even rang to get an ETA on when it would come yesterday & found out today that the customer service woman lied when she told me she was going to get in touch with the delivery driver. Today's customer service woman was rude even though I remained polite. Terrible & useless company.

   I have 25 years of experience shipping goods nationally and internationally. I would NEVER use Post Haste to deliver any of my shipments. Recent experience with this company who were contracted to make a simple delivery to a residential address made a complete hash of it because the driver cannot read a street name (it is an English not Maori street name and is the only street of this name in the whole of New Zealand). So I find no excuse for the error other than illiteracy or no care. The initial complaint was not dealt with adequately. The second complaint did result in retrieval of the package and delivery but even that was not satisfactory as there is a weather proof container adequately marked and highly visible which the driver could not be bothered to use. The only reason that I am given a single star is because the driver took a photo of the location of the initial incorrect delivery and so there was evidence of the error.

   Terrible service my package has been sitting in their depot for 5 days then one minute my package is out for delivery next it's back at the depot. Worst service I've ever come across

   Appalling service. Courier left prescription meds on doorstep in full view of road even though it said on parcel PLEASE OBTAIN SIGNATURE. The email I received said ‘signature obtained front door’ but there was no one home. It appears courier signed parcel as it certainty wasn’t my signature. Complained to Post Haste via their website but never received a reply. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.

   worst delivery company in nz and potentialy in the world! dont let them to deliver your parcel as they will deliver it outside your mailbox and not even drive into your house to make sure it doesnt get stolen which happened to me! i rang them and they just came up with more and more excuses and i never got my money back, really just lost 90$ worth of goods this should be a crime. Oh well just stay away from this company.

   Don't use this service its been nothing other than a disaster. Item laying in their depot since a week now. BTW. Tauranga is not affected by floods... They have no intention to deliver it. Its 2 weeks now since the parcel was originally posted. This is the longest posting time... . Oh its NOT been delivered yet that's right and now another long weekend to wait and get a chance maybe?????

   I’ve received two parcels this week delivered and dropped off in the pouring rain. The driver not only delivered next day ( no delay) but in both deliveries using their own supply of plastic bags insured parcels weren’t wet or damaged for me. Big thanks. Driver was- Papamoa East.
