Mainstream carted my kitchen from Auckland to Hamilton ok, and emailed me to say the delivery to my rural address would be Friday. Took another 5 days of excuses of not being able to deliver etc before I told them I'd come with my own trailer to collect them from Hamilton. They were happy to load my trailer, but would not refund the extra delivery costs that I had paid for and not received. Just felt like a lot of mucking around with lots of promises without results.
