Poor poor poor!! Disgusting attitude in response to their own errors, unprofessional, never answer the phone the list is endless. If you want your freight moved clearly and professionally DO NOT use these guys. Very disappointing as I really want to support smaller local business but some serious customer service training needs to happen here quickly!
Terrible service! We chased 4 hours looking for our goods that were apparently delivered correctly. The call centre doesn’t answer the phone, and the lady named Angela is the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to on a customer facing role. Basically didn’t want to hear anything or even think that this could have been their mistake. She hung up on my phone twice. Turns out they delivered the wrong goods (which is why no one could identify them). Thankfully we located our goods in the end but missed the delivery schedule that we had promised to our customer.
