   Absolutely terrible handling of my airfreighted and expensive FedEx delivery from the US today. It arrived in an Owen’s van with a broken pallet, loaded in an unstable manner. The driver expected me to help him carry it out of his van. With a back problem and a heavy package that could potentially give me a sore back, I refused to do so. There is a reason a package of that size is on a pallet, it isn’t meant to be delivered the way it was attempted. Needless to say, I didn’t accept delivery and was disgusted.

   What a joke no one even will call you back when thay say they will. Soon as I seen it was mainfreight delivering I knew I was not getting my package in a hurry. Joke of a company.

   Delivered a stove from Hamilton to morrinsville to my 92 yr old client...took nearly 2 weeks, delivery Wednesday 4th ment to be the day.. finally, my elderly client waited all day...no delivery..Thursday comes, elderly client on edge all day...waiting for knock on door..late afternoon her family from Hamilton ring up to see where her stove is...it's been delivered, dumped on door step at her side door...no knock on door nothing..family has to drive all way from Hamilton to morrinsville to lift stove inside....how absolutely ridiculous mainfreight..should be ashamed and thats another customer lost

   Package picked up in Hamilton, then for some reasons transported to Auckland (according to the tracking info) before being delivered to me back in Hamilton a week later. Considering the $50 delivery fee, I don't think that's acceptable service. In saying that, once the package arrived in Hamilton, delivery was prompt and I received a text allowing me to choose a delivery window. That's the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating.

   Pretty good overall for a big company, most my pakages are moved by them, they do have there ups and downs, any issues are usually related to staff, majority of the staff are great.
