   Study elsewhere if you can , wasted a year trying to get the qualification I need . Very bad communication with pcti meant I wasted a lot of time for nothing and has now put me a year behind where I wanted to be , I first enrolled and talked to different tutors and office staff with no clear start date . It was confusing. They then offered me a place on the course which I accepted, but they sent me the wrong paperwork for a different course , I told them this . My email got no reply. I then got in touch when I hadn’t heard from them . They had lost my enrolment , had to go to the effort of printing off the paperwork and enrolling again ( I live 50minutes drive from the printer I was using ) the tutor rang me and gave me a start date , it got to my start date and my books hadn’t arrived yet , I then received an email from pcti saying my books had been delayed with no explanation. A month later I still hadn’t heard anymore on it . So I emailed , they didn’t reply to my email

   Undertook my course through these guys, and honestly it was the best study experience I'd had. My tutor was awesome! Course was amazing and everything went so smoothly!. I'm keen to do more studies through here in future.

   Did the barista course - made a total of 4 coffees over 3 days. The price of the course is ridiculous for this, is better set as an introductory course ( would need more training before getting a job as a barista).

   Did the barista course at PCTI. $390 later I had made 3 black coffees and heated one jug of milk.... assisted by the tutor who was very unprofessional post course dealing with complaints. Waste of money! We had a meeting post course where we discussed the standards we had covered, and there was a lack of completion through many. The Manager/Director was very lovely though and was helpful and assistive to our complaints, so for that a massive thank you. Complaints were doubt with in the end which was very nice.

   Very fast service. I was there to translste my Nepali license and i did 24hours service they translate within 1hour though it was $20more than usual one but i can pay that much money for fast and secure service.
