We picked up our van on the 8th November. Booking in was very easy and the staff were very helpful. Marsh showed us around the motorhome, Marsh was very pleasant and professional and explained everything clearly for us. The hand over was simple and stress free. Thank you very much.
Very friendly staff. The process of picking up the campervan took about 40 minutes as they were still cleaning it. The drop off about 5 minutes. The campervan worked well. The foam bed was a little firm but did the job well. I would like to thank the team and Steph for a great holiday. We will definitely hire again.
Campervan First timers here! So glad we went with Maui. The campervan was clean. Mei helped us with the check in and explaining everything. She was super helpful and made it all easier to understand! It was overall such an amazing experience.

Great van. We were given a free upgrade when picking up, which was a bonus. It was very cosy and comfortable. Kitchen area was spotless. Plus a lovely free coffee and cup of tea in reception when dropping off. James was most entertaining when completing our van return in Christchurch! :)
Nice rental! Very confident! Competently staff. Campervans in nice condition. Would book here again. No problems while pick up and drop off.
Hired the van for two weeks out and back to Christchurch. Loved the whole experience. We ended up leaving the bed permanently rigged. Bit of a faff otherwise. Few minor items were dealt with quickly by Maui and needed to replace the battery in the CO monitor to stop it beeping every 10 seconds with flat battery. Other than that the holiday was terrific.
