   I was referred to this firm by the agent themselves, so I didn't do much of homework and took them up on my side. The support I got from them was absolutely minimal. Only bright side is their fee, which is quite competitive, other than do not expect any good support from them, you get just basic cover. I have dealt with other firms who generally give very good support and keep communications very tight.
