   Ninka Hall is a great Director / Conveyancing who helped our first home purchase in July 2024. She was super helpful and just explaind everything and took us through till the end. Being a first home buyer isn't easy but she was there to see us through. This year 2025 we had to do our re-financing of our mortgage again and we contacted her, without any delay she took us up again and fees is reasonable/affordable with the works and extra things/hours she puts on your papers just to make it done for you.. she goes the extra mile and I would recommend her if you are looking for a Conveyance for the purchase/sell of your home... she makes it happen!.
