They handled my grandfather's estate. They stole power shares after they sent me a mail saying they were mine. Called them up years later and was basically put on hold, they never got back to me. Then years later after that they said they didn't have the files. Thieves wouldn't go near this place if they're handling your money.

I had used Anne Holloway Law for many years prior to Tony Harvey purchasing her law firm. Around the time of the sale of the legal practice we were purchasing a property. We dealt with Tony Harvey and to say he was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with is an understatement. My husband is a tradesperson and was on his way home when we first called in to meet Tony & sign docs. He made some underhand comment to my husband about our property being 'a bit flash for you mate' then in the following weeks when we hadn't heard back from our Kiwisaver applications, I discovered that he had made typos in BOTH the email addreses to separate Kiwisaver organisations so they never received the applications! Fortunately I had contacted them and discovered this myself. After emailing Tony to let him know I never heard from him again - no email, phone call nothing. He gave our file to someone else in his office and she dealt with the rest of the purchase. Consequently as soon as the purchase had gone through we changed lawyers!!!
