   We had Jacobsen and Co in our corner whilst purchasing our first home. We were extremely happy with both their professional and friendly service. It felt like a family organisation that you are now part of throughout phone calls, reception visits every interaction was a positive and reassuring one from each the team from the top down. We felt like our future investment was safe with their assistance. They are worth every cent and delivered a high end service at a very reasonable price. They are competitively priced with the faceless conveyancing organisations but deliver so much more. I was really impressed with our service received and the organisation itself. If Jacobsen and Co could be modelled onto every other business out there, the world would be better for it. Mel, Kylee and the team were thorough, professional and proactive. Excellent communication and you really had the sense they had everything organised ahead of time. I can't say enough about how good to deal with Jacobsen and Co are and I have already been referring them to everyone I speak with and will continue to do so in the future.
