once of the taxi drivers was very rude to a family member saying she smelt bad, and kept the windows down during cold temperatures outside. she asked him to wind them up but he refused. called to complain and nothing was offered, not even a refund or a free ride. very disappointed and sad for her, recommend to not use this taxi service
Absolutely useless with their bookings for mobility van. If you can't run this part of your business properly then shut it down! Sick of hearing from people who have been disappointed when you've said you will show up and you either show up in a car or say that "we only have one can today" when the booking was made well in advance!!! Hopeless!! Defo don't bother with these clowns, use trikiso instead.
Cab 1 is the best driver ever for real! 100% on, awesome guy and always on time. Great service, understands customer needs goes above and beyond and best vibes everytime.

Hamilton Taxis discriminate based on the area that you live in. But you will not know it. Instead they'll tell you that the taxi is on it's way. After standing in the dark at 3.30 am waiting for 45 minutes you'll conclude they aren't coming. A call back to Hamilton Taxis and they reveal that they will not come to our area. After stating that it is to get to work a taxi was arranged. But then the driver phones back wanting to know how he will be paid and that he only accepts cash (no eftpos). He said that he will stop off at an atm to ensure that he is paid in cash. This felt like abuse and discrimination, from both the company and the driver. Awful service. Awful policy. Awful company. Awful driver. The company put my wife at risk having her stand on the street in the dark for 45 minutes without any intention of coming. Hamilton Taxis you don't deserve one star.
This company is a joke different taxi different price same destination. Taxi will be a thing of the past eventually but in the short term there is room for some competition in this city because these guys need a bloody good wake up call. Customers pay so service should be respicated
I question the safety and competence of your drivers after one of your cab drivers (he was wearing a blue turban) failed to stop and give way on the roundabout of clarkin road and heaphy terrace this evening while i was going around it end result he almost crashed into the side of my car. If you value your life and safety don't use these guys until they sort out the behaviour of their drivers.
The drivers were helpful, kind, on time and I had a lovely smooth trip. They helped me with my luggage and were exceptional. Thank you for the service.
Booked them to pick up the mother and father of the bride for a wedding, checked multiple times. They didn't show up, didn't call, only when called they said they had no vans running that day, even though one had been booked for weeks. Have had multiple issues with them in the past. Would rather cut my balls off and use them as rollerskates than use them again.
