⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walking into this gym was the best (and sweatiest) decision I’ve ever made. The trainers somehow manage to make you feel like a total beginner and a future action movie star at the same time. One minute you’re learning technique, the next you’re questioning why your legs are made of jelly. The atmosphere? Electric. The people? Legends. The training? Equal parts “this is awesome” and “why am I voluntarily suffering?” But somehow, every time you leave, you’re already itching to come back for more. Warning: side effects may include surprise muscles, random shadowboxing in the kitchen, and explaining bruises to your family with a weird sense of pride.

Dia and Scott run a great academy, exceptional coaching and inclusive environment. Technique improves quickly. Highly recommend.

Our kids have been training at TMAA for the past couple of years. Scott trains the kids hard and teaches life skills that are so important for youth to hear from someone other than a parent or family member. Respect, dedication, motivation and hard work breeds so much growth. Dia and Scott are so caring and genuinely want each and every child who goes through the academy to achieve to their potential. Our middle child lacked confidence and her growth over the last couple of years has been so amazing to watch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son went here for two years and the management is the downfall of the whole place. Scott is the problem. We have found a much better place to train and my son has come a long way since leaving TMAA. Alot of the original people left also.

Best place to send your kids. Owner Scott is a top fella.

Dealt with 3 different people during sign-up which led to inconsistent messages and ended up costing over $500 to get out of a contract. I'd suggest you get copies/photos of all paperwork and record conversations if you're dealing with multiple people to avoid the he/she said arguments. The whole experience wasn't worth it. Hopefully they have improved what I consider a poor signup process, otherwise be vigilant or go somewhere else.
