It's my first time ever that I have a bad customer service experience at a Chemist Warehouse. The lady at the pharmacy was all the time looking at me like I was an alien, didn't answer to my queries and the only time she decided to interact was to talk me down. Horrible!!!
I regularly shop at Chemist Warehouse Fraser Cove and just want to say Dee has always been full of knowledge and so very helpfull that if I want to know something I go looking for her.Thanks Dee I appreciate your help so much and your friendliness. Merry Christmas Cheers Heather Hutchins
I usually love your store but today I got a very rude lady offering to help. I have done a lot of research on collagen, NMN and creatine and was trying to choose the best product for my purpose. This lady who worked there shut me down, almost shouted at me and pretended she knew what she was talking about when she knew nothing of the products. I was almost in tears and left with a cheaper product that I am familiar with rather than the product that would have suited my skin and pocket.
I can't say the service is good, because there isn't any. How can the staff just watch someone walk around and around for 20 minutes and not offer assistance. The one person I did take to just grunted at me saying "the other isle". There's about 20 isles. I had a list of things to buy and walked out spending nothing. Never again.
I went into the store, selected the items I wanted to purchase and went to checkout. The girl was so busy looking at her phone abd texting I had to repeat myself a couple of times to get what I needed and then raised my voice ( no I didn't yell) so she would put her phone down and finish serving me. After I went in search of the retail manager and told him of my concern. He went to the checkout and told her to put her phone down because of a customer complaint. ( all in front of a line of customers waiting to be served)! Very unprofessional all round. I put value on customer service and if you want it then don't go here!!
They have just opened this week and it looks good. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Chemist warehouse. An update, The staff here are excellent, awesome service and friendly too. You guys rock. Thanks heaps
