   Appalling customer service by Sharon the estee lauder rep. Purchased double wear foundation in the same shade I've always purchased but there is a clear shade discrepancy. She refused to switch out as I'd opened it and used it once! I told her how I usually purchase from mecca as their return policy is excellent. She told me to take it mecca and say I purchased from them and have them swap it out. Appalling!! Avoid at all costs. Stick to mecca!

   First time picking up my prescription I was given approximately 1/5 of my required prescription as I assume the pharmacist didn’t understand how to read my prescription. When I got home and looked it all over I was actually shocked at how badly they had understood my prescription. Remember l, always double check your amounts in store cause you never know what’s going on behind the counter. Will update review after I call in tomorrow and try and sort out the prescription amount I am supposed to have. Wish me luck

   Customer experience was indifferent at best. And at times downright rude. And saying 'hello' to a customer with an expressionless face, doesn't cut it. I shall be traveling to Life pharmacy Bayfair in future, where customer service is appreciated and applauded. Something theses staff members can learn from.
