I am extremely, extremely disappointed with your company. Several months ago, Ted messaged me on WeChat and promised that the $500 deposit would be refunded to us. We waited for months without any updates or response. Then Michael took over his role. I tried sending multiple emails, but no one ever replied. I even called the office, and he promised to email me with a progress update β yet again, nothing. I do not believe this is a proper or acceptable way to treat your customers. As an insurance company, if you refuse to even communicate with your clients β only sending out annual invoices asking for payment without offering any form of after-sales service β how can anyone trust a company like this? I have done everything I could to communicate. I even CCβd every email address I could find from your company, but still, not a single person replied. Itβs truly disheartening and exhausting.
