   Julia is such a legend and a true hands-on Insurance Pro! It was my first time looking to review and get feedback on my existing insurance cover. I also wanted specialized advice to setup a comprehensive cover (Life, Medical, Trauma and Income Protection) and am now super happy with the outcome! She's a passionate professional and someone I trust to help me navigate this complex yet important space. Her on-the-ground experience, knowledge, transparency, unbiased advice and customer service has been incredible! I also admire her contributions to the wider community and our country (check out her cool multi-faceted background!). I also had some exclusions due to my overall health situation and now have better awareness on how the industry works, what to expect and what's needed from my end. She helped me understand my options and answered my big list of queries in a detailed yet easy-to-understand way. It took me some time to get things ready & sorted from my end so the ability to do this remotely with her being a patient guide along the way was super valuable and much appreciated!    Absolutely amazing service. Dealing with a really horrible experience from a certain insurance company when we were going through an extremely difficult time Julia stepped in and handled it. We weren't even part of her business she just did it as she is an amazing human being. We honestly couldn't have done it without her. Needless to say I now wouldn't use anyone else. She is just the nicest genuine person around. Highly recommended to all.
