Wow, is Di having a bad day ?? Rude and surly attitudes drive paying customers away. Remember, Rangiora isn't that far to travel, and in future I will, because you won't be earning any money from me, ever again.
Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service and always happy to help. Garry the Pharmacist was absolutely wonderful and I was so grateful for his help. They all work so hard and we are lucky to have such a great pharmacy nearby. 5* team!
It's my humble request to please teach your staff to respect the customers. I would never recommend this Pharmacy to anyone. I have spent more than $250 and was facing some problem with my card due to no pay wave for high payments. Your staff was so rude to me and sarcastically told me that I took her 7minutes. While taking the payment she was constantly making annoying faces and was intentionally making me feel as if I am begging for the stuff which I am paying for. Initially I felt like just leaving the stuff without buying but I also belong to customer service industry and I would never treat anyone the way she did. Kindly, teach your staff to respect the customers and be humble to them.

This pharmacy is the worst for prescription. I have been on insulin for a number of years. 2 types. Different coloured boxes makes it easy. When I collect my latest script. They had seen fit to take them from the distributors packaging and put them all in one plan box. Which spiilled out. Where are their brains. They are in packaging with instructions for a reason. For goodness sake. Time for a change
Great pharmacy. Amazing staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Can't speak highly enough about quality of service, staff and pharmacist.
My wife had a terrible experience here. Treated with utter disrespect and the behaviour from the staff was with an attitude of contempt. Never again, I’d rather travel to Rangiora.
I went to my blister pack this morning and the next sachet to come out was a note that my next pack was due. What made made my morning was that someone had drawn a smiley face on it!! Something small like that really made me smile!! Thank you to the thoughtful person who made up the pack !!!!
