First time getting my nails done. They're so pretty. Friendly staff & nice location.
Review deserves zero stars. Owner needs some customer service skills. Absolutely terrible service. Asked for gel, got convinced to do SNS so could charge me more and take less time. Asked for ombre french, the overspray and polish all over my skin was terrible. I had to ask them to tidy them up. He literally used cutters to try to remove the white overspray from my skin. After the third cut in to my skin, making them bleed, I up and left. I went back 15minutes later and asked for a refund (never done this before in my life!) as the result was horrendously poor. I had paid to leave the salon with nails better than when I entered and that was not the case. He would not refund my card, arguing with me, initially not agreeing to do a refund, only to then advise he would refund via bank transfer only and was told he would do it later. As I would not leave the shop until he processed that refund, he wanted the nails taken off first before processing. He did not accept or recognise that the service provided was not what I paid for and it was sub-standard. Zero customer service skills. A 2 year old would do better. Pictures talk for themselves. Never returning.
Very kind and welcoming. They have a massive range of colours to choose from and itβs great to have another nail salon in town definitely recommend.
