Honestly, The first time I was a little hesitant to get a small loan. I applied for a topup at 930am today and stressed upon needing an update today as it is Friday and I didnt want to wait until Monday. All day the team was in contact with me, and as soon as they required documents I would send it through then get an answer soon after to confirm that they are looking into it. Really helpful and thankful that Ashton and Holly got back to me asap and tried to keep me informed at all times. Approved or declined, I am so happy with the customer service.
