Have been emailing Greg since the 11th of October for two items in the beginning I received emails regarding the items and then no replies and just ignored my queries.
A true kiwi Legend.. If you're just getting started in Archery or a long time veteran - this is the place to go. Excellent knowledge, awesome customer service.. all for a reasonable price. Can't recommend Archery direct enough.
Fast shipping. Even after leaving what i though were clear notes for custom arrow length, uncut, unassembled arrows arrived. Practically useless to me with no way to cut them. As well as 4 out 6 "pre-made and ready to go" arrows had inserts come out on first shots.
Staff are really knowledgeable and keen to help.

Have had nothing but poor experiences with this shop. Website has items listed in stock but after driving for some time to the shop he said they dont have anything i want and that you cant get them anywhere. Has items for sale on website but then charges the non sale amount. Website doesnt seem to have been updated since 2018. In store the owner is arrogant as hell. Talks down to you rather then to you. Ended up getting the parts that apparently you couldnt get anywhere from a reputable archery shop the next day
Greg has a wealth of knowledge - as a novice archer I appreciated his willingness to share his wisdom with me. He built and fitted my bow, taught me how to use it and welcomed me back anytime should I need more guidance. He's a popular guy and the only person in-store, so has difficulty keeping up with the phone, which rings seemingly non-stop. If you're needing his help and are local, I recommend going into the shop and chatting to him in-person. A++, the ONLY place an archer should go to for gear and guidance.
