I recently attended a pre- and post-natal massage training with Marina. As a massage therapist with Level 9 training (Master of Applied Health Sciences) I still found there was an enormous amount I could learn from Marina, particularly in the practical aspects of pregnancy massage. Marina is passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable- and it's contagious! Even if you have done a fair amount of massage training I would still strongly recommend this course to improve one's skills in this area- and in others, as the knowledge is of course transferable. Thanks Marina!

I just finished the Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage course in Calgary, Canada, with Marina Locke, and it was amazing. Marina has so much knowledge and experience, and she teaches in such a clear and thoughtful way. I really appreciated her holistic approach — it wasn’t just about technique, but also about being mindful and gentle with clients during such an important time in their lives. Her assistant Carly was also fantastic — she brought a ton of insight and a fresh perspective, especially when it came to treating pre and postnatal clients. I left the course feeling really inspired and excited to use what I learned with my clients. I loved the course and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in expanding their skills in pre and post natal massage.

It was a pleasure taking part in this course and I feel as if I have made some lifelong friends from it. Such an empowering course too! Marina is an awesome kaiako/teacher and thanks to her I have some new tools in my kit to integrate into my mahi. Marina has a wealth of knowledge and experience and it shows, both in her course content and her expert techniques. Her teaching style is patient yet firm and she is incredibly humble. I attended the Pregnancy and Postnatal course this year in Auckland and found the content rich with detail and backed by research. The course is perfect for established therapists wanting to expand their skillset and finetune their techniques in regards to Pregnancy and Postnatal massage. Marina also makes these courses accessible, both in price-point and locations. I took her course as, come next month, I will be working in a local Midwifery clinic as a Kaimiri/Massage Therapist. The majority of my clients will be Pregnant and Postnatal mama and their families. Doing the Mother Wellness Pregnancy and Postnatal massage course helped expand my skillset and introduce me to the specific nature that is Pregnancy massage. I highly recommend taking this course up.

I learnt so much and would thoroughly recommend her course for any massage therapists wishing to extend their pregancy massage skills and knowledge.

Met Marina as a pregnancy yoga instructor her knowledge is just so valuable! I think her yoga classes allowed me to to have a natural birth with no interventions like I wanted even though the hospital was ready for an induction. She also has been massaging me at home postpartum and in 2 weeks I'm already feeling like myself, she targeted her treatment each time to what I needed and felt so good for days after the massage! You will not regret using Marina's services either for pregnancy or other reasons she has a good grasp of knowledge and works with you even in group classes to target your issues.

Marina's pregancy yoga was the best I had been too (I found it in my second pregnancy). Perfect balance of stretching and strengthening, I always felt better physically after her classes and slept better! And always felt confident in her vast and extensive knowledge of what is safe in pregnancy. Her massage I can't speak highly enough of! Again the best pregancy massage I have had! So relaxing. All of her advice and knowledge really helped and contributed, I believe, to a better labour with my second. Thanks again Marina!

Marina's pregnancy yoga classes are more than just your standard yoga class. Her amazing knowledge, experience and wisdom in all things pregnancy, birth and the power of feminine energy are all intertwined into her classes where I learn something new every week. In her classes I find the specialized poses she teaches to prepare us for birth and help our changing bodies along the way beyond helpful in my pregnancy journey. She offers a very holistic yoga practice incorporating mind, body, spirit - very empowering! Did I mention she does the best pregnancy massages also! Could not recommend her enough.

Marina is really great and experienced teacher and therapist. I have just done a Pregnancy and Postnatal massage course for Massage Therapists. I learn lots of new technics and become more comfortable with pregnancy massage and this main reason why I chose to trust Marina. She has many, many years of experience and she just knows how to give you 100% of her knowledge and help you get better with your massage carrier. Definitely recomended.
