   The firm itself was very supportive and the Lawyers that stepped in to represent me in lieu of my actual Lawyer Olivia Craven were awesome. However, I found Olivia to be unhelpful and wished another lawyer from the firm was my actual lawyer. Be mindful who you allow to represent you and ensure they actually care.

My Papa was treated with dignity, patience, and genuine humanity, not just as a “client,” but as a person with real needs, feelings, and mana. She took the time to explain every step clearly, gently, and respectfully, making sure Papa understood his wishes, rights, and options. She worked around my Papa’s health, hospital visits, and mobility needs with empathy and flexibility. The service was timely, affordable, and deeply respectful.
