We employed Che Bunce to be our lawyer when we acquired a house for my parents. The whole situation was extremely murky due to family issues and the need for total transparency. Che was patient and calm throughout, and with numerous urgent phone calls from different family members insisting certain requirements, he treated us all with the utmost respect and ensured all legal documentation and jargon was simplified (and in some cases, talked us down from rash and incorrect decisions) When we eventually came to signing our names in regards to the purchase of the house, we were not under any sort of cloud of doubt about what we were signing as he had covered bases so that all the family members were happy with the air tight conditions. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and am hoping to work with him in the future.
