Disappointed and frustrated with this firm regarding Property and Welfare Guardianship, ended up taking our business to a different firm after wasting months and months (and thousands of dollars) here.
Have just had some trust and conveyancing work done by this company. They were very slow to get back to us and made it extremely difficult to get any documents signed remotely as we have moved to Australia. They also held our settlement money in their trust account for 7 days and only released it to us because I hounded them daily as they don’t correspond well. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will certainly be happy to use another lawyer next time! Also they charge a lot!
Don't get what happened. Had the initial call with the lawyer asking me about my basic info and me asking the quote of the service. Everything was normal. Then on Jul 2nd, I emailed to clarify the cost and asked for the onboarding onsite next week. Got GHOST'ed for over a week and I'm so confused and disappointed. Service should not be done like that. Anyway, I've turned to another law company. ======== update to the owner: I've replied the email I just received. I got attracted by the high score of your firm on googlemap in the first place but got the most unacceptable thing during the process. Ghosting potential clients for over a week. I believe asking for an email confirmation about the service charge after the call is reasonable. Anyway, end of the story.
